Like Go Bulls said, you've got some injury-proned players there.
You might want to be careful about assists. Kobe helps, and Damon Stoudamire was a nice pick up, but I think Tinsley won't sustain a full season, which means you might be hurting for some assists later in the year. You're looking really good for blocks and boards, provided those guys stay healthy. The injuries might be the biggest concern, especially since you're in a head to head league.
I'd say you'll compete for your league title, or slip into the top 3-4, if you keep on the waiver wire and don't have to deal with any more major injuries like the one to JRich.
If not, it might be a long season.

You've got a lot of injury proned guys there. Rich Jefferson, Richardson, Camby, Claxton, Raja Bell...Damon Stoudamire was a good pick up cuz you needed a point guard real badly. Looks like a pretty good team to me.
